Understand hosting contract costs over three years

Separate initial payments and renewals

A low introductory amount can apply to one payment period. HostComparator keeps the initial amount, renewal price, each payment period and setup fee separate. A monthly equivalent helps you assess a long prepaid term; your budget also needs the full amount due. Monthly billing alone does not establish monthly cancellation.

A completely fictional example

Suppose a contract charges EUR 2 for the first month, EUR 8 for each following calendar month and a one-off EUR 5 setup fee. With unchanged conditions, payments due total EUR 95 within twelve months, EUR 191 within 24 months and EUR 287 within 36 months. These are calculation examples, not a provider offer.

Budget for whole prepaid payments

If another fictional offer costs EUR 149 prepaid for 48 months, all EUR 149 is due at the start. Our 36-month calculator counts that payment in full and identifies the actual 48 months covered. Later renewals require a separately evidenced renewal amount.

Handle missing facts explicitly

An unknown setup fee stays unknown, so the calculator cannot claim a complete total. The same applies to a missing renewal price when your horizon requires a renewal. Currency and tax basis remain visible. An amount without explicit tax evidence may attract additional taxes. Open the calculator from the specific plan and inspect its original source before ordering.
